「serving Global society through Science」という理念のもと、進取果敢に
GSコースの理念は
「serving Global society through Science（科学を通じて世界に貢献する）」
です。世界がネットワークでつながれ、誰もが世界に発信できるいま、子どもといえど、自らの力が世界の課題解決につながったり、世界を舞台に活躍できる可能性があることに気付いてもらいたい。そして、そこに進取果敢に飛び込んでいける人に育ってほしい。世界の明日を牽引する人材を、ここ日立から輩出したい。そのような思いが、GSコースの設立の端緒となっています。「自分は何者か、自分は如何にいきるのか」その答えを見つけるヒントが得られる3年間にできるよう、教職員一同真摯に取り組んでまいります。
